Dar And Decor LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates the DarwDecor website. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and returns for all handcrafted zellige furniture and products purchased through our website.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Policy for Custom Orders:
Since all our zellige tables, dining tables, and custom furniture are handcrafted to order, our refund policy is as follows:
Before Production Begins (Within 3 Days of Order):
If you change your mind within 3 days of placing your order and production has not yet begun, we will provide a full refund of 100% of your payment. To qualify for this refund, you must contact us immediately at youssef.kabli@darwdecor.com or +212 606-478-585.
During Production (Weeks 1-3):
Once production has begun, refunds are available but subject to the following conditions:
- Refund amount: 50-75% of your payment, depending on production progress
- We will provide you with production photographs to show progress
- Design modifications may be possible during this phase
- Contact us immediately to discuss options
After Completion:
Once your zellige table or furniture piece has been completed and is ready for shipment, no refund is available. However, we guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include replacement or adjustment.
Damage or Defective Products:
If your zellige furniture arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications:
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage or defect. We will provide either:
- A full 100% refund, or
- A replacement piece at no cost
All return shipping costs will be covered by Dar And Decor LLC. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1. Contact us at youssef.kabli@darwdecor.com with your order number
2. Or send a WhatsApp message to +212 606-478-585
3. Provide a detailed explanation of your reason for the refund request
4. Include photographs if the item is damaged or defective
5. We will respond within 24 hours
Refund Processing:
Once we have approved your refund request and received your returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items used, modified, or altered by the customer
- Zellige tiles or materials that have been installed or cut
Special Orders and Commissioned Work:
For special custom commissions, large installations, or bespoke projects, refund terms may vary. These will be clearly stated in your custom order agreement before production begins.
Shipping Costs:
Dar And Decor LLC covers all shipping costs for valid refunds or replacements. You are not responsible for return shipping fees.
Warranty on Products:
All handcrafted zellige furniture comes with our lifetime quality guarantee. We warrant that our products are made from high-quality natural materials and crafted by master artisans. We stand behind every piece we create.
